3.1 Quote Validity: All quotes provided are estimates based on the information you provide. Quotes are valid for 7 days from the date of issuance.

3.2 Price Adjustments: We reserve the right to adjust the offered price if:

• The car's condition differs from what was described
• The car information provided was inaccurate or incomplete
• Additional damage is discovered during inspection
• Required documentation is missing or fraudulent

3.3 Final Offer: You are not obligated to accept our final offer. You may decline the offer without any fees or penalties.

4.1 Ownership: You must be the legal owner of the car or have proper authorization to sell it under Florida law.

4.2 Documentation: Per Florida Statute §319.22, you must provide:

• Valid government-issued photo ID (Florida driver's license or state ID preferred)
• Florida car title (original, properly signed)
• Current registration (if available)
• Lienholder release documentation (if applicable)

4.3 Car Condition: You must accurately describe the car's condition, including:

• All mechanical issues and damage
• Missing parts or components
• Frame damage or structural issues
• Flood damage or salvage history

4.4 Prohibited Cars: We do not accept:

• Stolen cars
• Cars with outstanding liens (without lienholder release)
• Cars involved in active criminal investigations
• Cars containing hazardous materials

5.1 Scheduling: Pickup times are scheduled by mutual agreement. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred time.

5.2 Access: You must ensure the car is accessible for towing. Additional fees may apply for difficult access situations.

5.3 Cancellation: You may cancel a scheduled pickup up to 24 hours before the appointment without penalty. Late cancellations may affect future service availability.

5.4 Personal Property: You are responsible for removing all personal property from the car before pickup. We are not responsible for items left in the car.

6.1 Payment Methods: We offer payment for vehicles at the time of pickup. Available payment methods may include:

• Cash on the spot (subject to verification and availability)
• Business check or cashier's check (may require processing time)
• Electronic bank transfer

Marketing statements such as “cash for cars” refer to immediate payment at the time of pickup and are used as an industry term for prompt vehicle purchasing services. They do not constitute a guarantee of payment in physical cash for every transaction. The actual method of payment for any given transaction may vary based on transaction value, location, regulatory requirements, and company policy at our sole discretion.

6.2 Payment Timing: Payment is typically made at the time of car pickup, subject to verification of ownership and condition.

6.3 Payment Disputes: Any payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of the transaction.

6.4 Method Discretion: We reserve the right to determine the method of payment for any transaction based on transaction value, location, and company policy. The seller will be informed of the payment method prior to or at the time of pickup.

8.1 AS-IS Sale: All cars are purchased "AS-IS" with no warranties, express or implied, in accordance with Florida Statute §672.316.

8.2 No Liability: We are not liable for:

• Mechanical issues or defects discovered after purchase
• Property damage during towing (except due to our negligence)
• Personal property left in the car
• Third-party claims against the car

8.3 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify us against any claims, damages, or losses arising from your sale of the car, including false representations or missing documentation.

8.4 Notice of Sale & Post-Sale Liability: Once the vehicle is sold and pickup is complete, the seller is solely responsible for filing a Notice of Sale with the Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) as required by Florida Statute §319.22. Twin B Car Removal shall not be liable for any tickets, citations, tolls, fines, parking violations, taxes, registration penalties, or any other liability, claim, or damage arising from the vehicle after the completed sale, including any liability resulting from the seller's failure to timely file the Notice of Sale.

9.1 Prohibited Activities: When using our website, you may not:

• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content
• Interfere with website functionality or security
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

9.2 Intellectual Property: All content on our website is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY FLORIDA AND FEDERAL LAW, TWIN B CAR REMOVAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID TO YOU FOR THE CAR IN QUESTION.

12.1 Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.

12.2 Arbitration: Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be settled by binding arbitration in Jacksonville, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association and Florida Arbitration Code (Chapter 682, Florida Statutes).

12.3 Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit.
